Ranch & Buffalo Turkey Burgers
1 1/2 lbs Lean Ground Turkey
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing/Dip Mix/
3/4 cup Grated zucchini (use hand grater)
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup Franks Hot Sauce
5 – 6 Slices reduced fat cheddar cheese
5 – 6 Whole wheat burger buns
In large bowl, combine meat, ranch dressing packet, zucchini, breadcrumbs, garlic, onion, and hot sauce. Combine well and form into patties. Makes 5 large or 6 medium sized patties. Grill until done.
*Make sure to clean and oil grill before cooking to prevent sticking.
1 1/2 cups Broccoli Slaw (divided)
1/2 cup Wishbone Buffalo Blue Cheese Dressing
1/4 cup Crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup lowfat Ranch Dressing
In two (2) small bowls add divided broccoli slaw. In one bowl combine slaw, blue cheese dressing and crumbled blue cheese. In second bowl combine slaw and ranch dressing. Now you have one “ranch slaw” and one “buffalo slaw”. Use slaw to top burgers after grilled.
